What's my Password?

my first day back at work, the first thing i did was to get IT colleague to help reset my computer/email log-in password. (have forgotten my own password after the lengthy absence!) and then, its time to face the hassle of coming up with a new password again.

cant reuse passwords which have recently just been used, password cant be too short, password must contain different types of characters and symbols... arggh!
